About Sinead and Lisa
Sinead Holly Woodnut
Sinead studied Anthroposophical Art Therapy at Tobias School of Art and Therapy U.K, graduating in 2015. She has experience providing individual sessions to children in London within the school setting, as well as working with children and young people in the foster care system. Currently she works for a charity called Street Talk in London, U.K; providing individual and group art therapy for women who have been trafficked, female sex workers and also bringing the service directly into women only prisons.
Studying at Tobias School of Art and Therapy, provided a solid foundation in the theories of Rudlof Steiner, Goethe, Carl Jung and physcodynamic techniques. She will draw from this deep well of knowledge , creating a supportive and safe place to explore your images as she walks the journey with you to wellness leading to a transformative experience
Lisa Rasmussen MFA
Lisa has over 16 years’ of experience in transformative art teaching and in the creation of transformative art programs with diverse populations. Through her Harmonia Practice, she navigates individuals and communities into the Art of empowerment. Through inner and outer journeys of tapping into ones own flow. Their own river of creativity, self care, love, and light. I teach and influence people to swim in the ocean of creativity and to thrive in the liminal. Embodying the Art of Life. I have worked with a wide spectrum of populations: From the under served elder communities, to emotionally traumatized children in mental health facilities, to teens in JV, to Artist, to Healers. Lastly, to individuals who want to transform and reach their highest creative and spiritual potential.
She has developed Transformative Art (Arts and Healing) Programs and art exhibitions for At-Risk Teens, Women, and Elders. Lisa holds an MFA in Arts and Consciousness in Holistic Studies Program from JFK University in Berkeley, California. Where she was award Holistic Graduate Student of the year. A key conceptual element of her artistic process is the study of and travel to ancient cultures and sacred sites around the world. With her organization, Artemis Sacred Journeys, Rasmussen leads women on Empowerment Art, Yoga and Sacred Site Retreats to Greece and Hawaii. She also served as Executive Director and Co-Founder of Art 4 All People, an international Center for arts, healing, and consciousness in Malibu, California. She co-created the new arts and healing practice called YogART. As well as she is Executive Director and Co-Founder of the non-profit Art is Moving and Art Break Day. She also exhibits her spiritual paintings in galleries in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
