We Invite You to Join Anam Cara Irish Art & Soul Retreat

We have curated a sacred pilgrimage of a lifetime. Weaving together the transformative power of Art, Travel, Self Discovery, Deep Connection and Your Own Personally Mythology. Set in the sacred and historic County of Meath. We will Retreat at Dunderry Park, which is a 200 year old Georgian Mansion. Which is surrounded by 25 acres of parkland, yurts, and a lake. It is the home of the Transpersonal Irish Shamanism Institute. We will pilgrim and create in the thin places of NewGrange, Knowth, Dowth, and the Hill of Tara. We will explore the ancient wisdom and art of the megalithic builders, astronomers, druids, and high priestesses. We will listen to the land, our spirit animals, and rekindle the magical reverence for the Triple Goddess in all of HER incarnations.

Step out of the mundane into the mystical, mythical, and magical as we journey back into the realm of the heart. We will embody and find connection to the Ancient Goddesses, Faeryfolk, and Sacred Lands of Ireland through art, yoga, meditation, poetry, creative journaling, dream work, traveling to sacred sites (thin places), storytelling, community, & nature

This Retreat is designed as a 6 soul filled day immersion, embracing our individual and collective Anam Cara. With two Zoom moon circles and one Art & Soul Life Coaching.

Curated Magical Itinerary

Each day we will open our circle with a Goddess archetype from Ancient Ireland with the Harmonia Art, Essential Oils, Meditation & Yoga Practice. We will journey to a sacred site with our art journals, watercolors, and embody the site through our art and consciousness. There will be meditative quiet time for you to travel into your inner worlds and walk the grounds. After dinner we will evoke the faery folk thru art workshops, storytelling, and open studio. You can blissfully end your evening snuggling up to the fire.

Portal 1: Call to Adventure
October 9, 2022: Sinead and Lisa will host an opening Full Moon circle workshop on the Zoom.We will have an experiential, collective art making and journaling gathering, honoring your call to adventure to the Anam Cara Pilgrimage.This will also be a meet and greet. As well as we will answer any questions.

Portal Day 2: Meeting Your Mentors and Crossing The Threshold
October 14, 2020: Preschedule airport pick up.

4:00 pm Calling in our Ancestors: Opening our Circle, walking the sacred grounds at Dunderry Park, Celebratory Dinner, and Moon Art Ritual & Meditation. Creation of our Ancestor Altar. Workshop:Harmonia Art As A Spiritual Process, Letting go of Fear, and Bringing UnBounding Potential with the Archetype of the Sacred Warrior Morrigan and Triple Spiral. Harmonia Painting & essential oil workshop.

Portal 3: Finding Your Helper (Spirit Guide) Trials & New Growth

October 15, 2020 Day 2: Day Trip to magical dolmens in Loughcrew (also called Sliabh na Cailli') Megalithic Centre. There we will activate the Goddess Danu. She is one of the oldest mythical beings in Ireland. She is associated with Nature and Nature spirits. We will also connect with the Hag of Beare. She is supposed to possess Loughcrew. Special lunch at St. Kyrans at the lady of the lake.

Portal 4: Letting go, Death, and Rebirth

October 16, 2020 Day 3: Day Trip Hill of Tara & Holy Well. Artist Studio visit at the Hill of Tara. Artist Courtney Davis. After dinner at Dunderry Park, we will journey to the quaint Irish village of Trim to connect with the famous castle and to have a night at a classic Irish pub. Today we will activate the Goddess Brigid. She is the Celtic of poetry, prophecy, healing, agriculture, and fire. Brigid was known for three aspects: the smith, the healer, and the poet. During our pilgrimage to Tara we will create art and poetry on the mounds.

October 17, 2020 Day 4:Day Pilgrimage New Grange (Brú na Bóinne), Dowth, and Knowth. Activating the Goddess Boan.

Portal 6: Atonement and the Creation of a Compelling Future

October 18, 2020 Day 5: Day Trip Trek the Hill of Slane, walk around the ancient city, and Castle. Celebration Dinner

Portal 7: Receiving Your Gift and Returning Changed

October 19, 2022 Day 6: Closing Celebration, Drop off at the airport & *Optional Classic Dinner and Irish Music & Dance in Dublin. Extra fee.

Portal 8: Celebration of Your Personal Sovereignty 
November 9, 2022 Day 7:Sinead and Lisa will host a closing Full Moon circle workshop on the Zoom.We will have an experiential, collective art making and journaling gathering, honoring your adventure to the Anam Cara Pilgrimage.This will also be storytelling and sharing of  your experience of returning home.

Retreat Includes:Inclusive of at least 11 Vegetarian meals, shared accommodations, transportation, entrance fees, 9 workshops and open studio time, meditation, some art supplies, two facilitators 

Added Features: Field Art Journal, You will  make a series of magical artworks, Learn about the Goddesses of Ireland, Learn about Irish History and Arts & Culture, Our Chef will create farm table local yummy Vegetarian Meals, Learn an new integrative Self Care Practice, Form deep meaningful bonds.
